Oh, I just adore this time of the year! Christmas is just around the corner and, quite frankly, any holiday that allows me to go shopping is a good holiday to celebrate. My only real problem is that when I go out with full intentions to shop for someone else, I end up finding something I would love for myself! Oh, well!

It is a fine October night, wouldn't you say so? I would certainly say so. The weather isn't yet so cold that one has to take out their winter jacket, yet just the perfect temperature to call for a nice sweater and boots. Women are very easy to understand if men actually listen to them.
I have been doing quite well. As I'm sure you can all understand, it's been very busy at M.A.W. but I do feel that all of the time that I have spent there is only working toward such a wonderful cause that I don't even mind. I'm certain that once that animal is put to death things will go back to normal - although I must admit that that time could come faster.
But, I digress. Melinda, darling, do let me know if you need any help planning what I'm sure will be a beautiful joining. Have you finally set a date?

It's not fair. I went to the Magic Bean this morning and I told them that I wanted extra cream in my coffee and you know what? I don't think they put any in at all. They did it on purpose and if I wasn't so busy trying to find my nail polish I would probably actually go down and say something.
